Sous Chef - Moreton-in-Marsh - Rosette Pub - £24k - £25k Platinum Recruitment's Pubs and Bars Division is currently representing a gastro pub in Moreton-in-Marsh and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team. Client Located in the Cotswolds this gastro pub is currently looking for a confident Sous Chef to join the team. Whether you are tasting fresh food from the seasonal menu or one of their craft ales, both can be enjoyed whilst you are surrounded by beautiful views. Role Working alongside the Head Chef and management team, your main duties as the new Sous Chef would be to help with the daily running of the kitchen. You would be expected to help create menus, order stock and motivate and develop the other Junior Chefs. A candidate for this role should have previous Sous Chef experience. Being about to drive is preferred.
