Hardware Engineer
Overview
FINTEC recruit have a requirement for Hardware Engineers for our client based in Edinburgh, at all levels of experience. The vacancies are permanent, salaries negotiable by experience. Responsibilities: Capture the Radar sub-system/ hardware design as hardware requirements Allocate sub-system level requirements to HWCI's (Hardware Configurable Items) based on the sub-system architecture Requirements capture/management using DOORS Support the implementation of hardware level requirements Definition of System & hardware interface requirements Skills and experience required for the Hardware Engineer vacancies: 2:1 honours degree or better in a relevant STEM-based subject Sub-systems hardware design experience of complex, high-reliability systems (ideally RF/ Radar systems) Experience of sub-system/ hardware level requirements definition Experience of sub-system/ hardware level interface definition Experience of Requirements Engineering and/ or management Previous experience of Requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS (preferred), Jama, Enterprise Architect, etc. Further details for the Hardware Engineer vacancies is avaialble on application.
