Overview
Electronics Hardware Engineer Permanent Role or Contract Edinburgh or Lincoln Competitive Advantage Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Electronics Hardware Engineer to work with our prestigious client at their facility in Edinburgh or Lincoln. The successful candidates will be joining a leading Engineering Solutions provider who have a proven track record that serves the product lifecycle needs of high technology companies. Our client is also one of the largest Engineering service providers that cater to diversified verticals. Within your role as an Electronics Hardware Engineer you will be part of the customer team designing antennae for multiple applications, as well as providing: Support customer design team involved in RF design and development of both exciters and converter modules Support to manufacture Support to development tests, calibration and validation Technical assessment of system/ sub-system To be considered for this role, we are looking for people who have: Specialist experience in digital design techniques Good experience in writing technical documentation Familiar with current industry standard CAD tools Knowledge of AWR Microwave Office, Keysight ADS, Matlab and CST Microwave Studio Strong problem solving skills and experience of solving problems in a design and development context You will also need to be Degree qualified within Electronics Engineering.
