Overview

Redex Recruitment are continuing to work with a well-established business situated on the outskirts of Brentwood, Essex. A leading independent supplier to the construction trade, out client has established a brilliant presence within the specialist market. Due to continued growth and a recent restructure within the office management team they now require as experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their existing team on a full-time permanent basis. Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am- 5:00pm) 20 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays. Parking on-site. Previous experience within the construction industry would be advantageous although not essential. Previous knowledge of system (Insphire) is beneficial although once again not essential as training will be provided. Duties will include: Raise sales invoices through system for non-account and account customers Accurately review off-hire tickets to ensure sales invoices are raised correctly Advise customers against invoice credits Deal with customer queries regarding sales invoices Ad-hoc administration tasks as required Due to company location own access to transport is required.
