Overview
An International Publishing company within the Education sector based in Brentford, West London is looking to recruit an International Telesales Advisor to start ASAP. The position also offers up to a £4,000 bonus based on team and individual targets. The Telesales Advisor will work within a fast pace team but will take responsibility for their individual sales activities using a consultative sales approach to ensure customer needs are being met. They will do this by contacting leads by phone or email to drive solution sales by providing an informative explanation of our product features and benefits. PRIMARY DUTIES Execute outbound telemarketing / telesales calls using a consultative sales approach 'Hot leads' - contact schools that are required to use the company products due to overseas government requirements (circa.300 customers) within the respective deadline 'Warm leads' - contact prospective customers after a marketing campaign to Set appointments for Consultants at a conference Engage potential delegates to increase workshop registration and attendance Arrange appointments for individual customer visits 'Cold leads' - contact prospective customers to Discuss the benefits of our assessments, qualify the lead and pass through to a Consultant for follow up, ensuring all information is gathered and qualified correctly Effectively overcome gatekeeper and decision maker objections in a professional manner Confidently explain the features and benefits of each assessments Work closely with the International Consultants and Advisors to ensure handover of leads generated are tracked and communicated effectively Ensure leads in the CRM are managed and prioritised effectively Ensure all customer activities and all opportunities are recorded accurately on the CRM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience of working in an outbound sales environment Experience of telemarketing/sales activities Good computer skills (use of Outlook, CRM etc.) Understanding/experience of the (international) education market highly desirable Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to take on feedback and adapt sales approach Excellent team working skills Degree educated advantageous Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
