Overview
I am currently recruiting for a finance/accounts person to join an impressive and diverse organisation in Conwy. Working within a small and experienced finance team you will report to the Finance Manager and duties will include: Day to day bookkeeping Opportunity to manage accounts production for 2 small entities to TB Manage multiple bank accounts through reconciliations Posting payments and debtor receipts Manage standing orders and Direct Debits Develop current manual systems to monitor and control cash Banking Management of 2 small payrolls Provide cover for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable during holidays and busy periods Qualifications & Experience AAT qualified or studying/QBE Strong Excel skills and systems-savvy Professional friendly manner Ability to work within a team Excellent interpersonal skills Benefits Salary negotiable DOE 25 days' holiday plus statutory Pension
