IMMEDIATE START Location: Cobham Salary: £23,000 - £27,000, dependent on experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Closing Date: Wednesday 1st April 2020 Our client are one of the UK's leading insurance and financial services companies, and have prided themselves on delivering an excellent service to their customers for over 100 years. About the Role: We are looking to recruit a Customer Support Advisor, for an immediate start, to assist our sales team in a varied position that will allow you to develop your role within different areas of the branch. Initially you will be working from home, and the main responsibilities for this role will be running reports, analysing the information and general admin. Full training will be provided by your manager, via Skype. Upon moving back into the office, you will integrate further into the team and will begin speaking to customers and taking on other duties such as: Investigating and processing claims Reviewing and processing policy amendments Managing transactions such as policy cancellation refunds About You: The successful candidate should have the following: A willingness to learn and an enthusiastic approach Previous customer service experience A personal approach and the ability to work independently 5 GCSE's, or equivalent, including Maths and English at a C grade or above Previous experience within the Insurance or Financial Services sector would be beneficial but is not necessary Benefits: Laptop and phone will be provided Up to10% annual bonus potential 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays 8% pension contribution
