Finance Transformation Process Analyst FTC
Overview
Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Finance Project professional to join their Finance Transformation Programme on an initial 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (with scope to extend) as Finance Transformation Process Analyst. They work with the biggest food retail brands in the UK and Europe and want people who will do what’s right for them and their customers. Working with their Business Unit Finance teams, you will play an integral role in the identification and implementation of finance process improvements and KPIs in order to deliver benefits in the efficiency and effectiveness of both transactional finance and accounting operations. As a Finance Transformation Analyst you will be documenting and reviewing existing finance processes and controls with the existing team, identifying areas for improvement, understanding root causes and making recommendations for improvement. You will have experience working in large organisations with multiple business units or divisions with strong process expertise, specifically around Purchase-To-Pay (P2P), Order-To-Cash (OTC) and Record-To-Report (R2R), ideally you will have worked on business transformation projects and have proven ability to work with internal stakeholders to support shift in mindset. Detailed experience in ERP is important and whilst JDE or Oracle knowledge would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. You must also be an advanced user of Excel. You will be working with a number of internal stakeholders at all levels so our client is looking for someone with strong communication, problem solving and relationship management skills.
