Overview
A unique opportunity for an experienced, qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS/ICAEW) to join a global corporate services provider to lead the integration of their London office to the wider business, with a succession plan in place for you to become the Managing Director of London and the UK. This business has been going through a strong phase of growth with London being their newest acquisition, however they have a strong presence across Asia, Europe and the Channel Islands. This business has built their reputation for strong client services, chasing quality over revenues. In the short to medium term you will be responsible for integrating the London business into the wider group, implementing strategic change, processes and systems, whilst actively participating in new business generation ensuring the growth of the business from both existing and potential clients. In the long term, there is succession planning in place whereby you will have the opportunity to lead the UK offering as the Managing Director, allowing you to truly progress in your career. What are we looking for? You will ideally be a Chartered Accountant (ICAS/ICAEW) with Corporate and Secretarial services experience. You will have a strong track record of business development and managing a team of accountants to service your clients This is an ideal role for a Senior Manager or Associate Director within these industries who is driven to succeed, is resilient to those against change, confident enough to push back to board members, and has the ambition to become a Managing Director of a business in the UK.
