Desktop Support Analyst to work on a client site in Kings Cross, through an MSP Your new company An award-winning MSP is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their London team. They are currently going through a period of growth and so are looking for a new member of the team to work on one of their client sites for an initial 3-month contract. Your new role This role will be based onsite with the companies' key client, you will be solving a variety of issues and queries, face to face, on the phone and over email. This role will involve working both as part of a team and independently to give the best service possible and is within a company who is expanding at an unprecedented rate What you'll need to succeed You will need experience in the following areas: An understanding of the Citrix Virtualisation technology suite Supporting and maintaining Citrix XenDesktop sites Supporting and maintaining XenApp server farms Active Directory Group Policy management Office 365 An understanding of Datacentre virtualisation technologies such as VMware and XenServer An understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP/DNS, Firewall etc).
