Overview
HR Systems and Data Manager £50,000-£60,000 Annapurna have recently partnered with a leading global professional services firm in Birmingham to source an experienced HR Systems and Reporting Manager to manage the HR systems and analytics team. The HRIS Manager will operate as an expert, helping to drive improvements in the management and use of HR data. Supporting the firm and optimising the strategic use of people data. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Owning all people reports - employee data, KPIS, headcount etc. Executing bespoke reports and analysis, providing project support and ensuring data is collected and analysed effectively. Developing and managing self-service reports for the wider HR team. Work with Operations and Programme manager to identify new technologies that can improve the employee experience. Responsible for any large data changes. Looking after Data governance and ensuring data processes and protocols. Essential Experience: Previously been in a HRM role. Extensive report/dashboard building experience. Experience in a professional services company. Advanced knowledge of HR systems and business processes.
