They provide financial investment services to a portfolio of ultra-high net worth from around the globe. This exceptional career opportunity reports to the Finance Manager and is varied, fast-paced and with a lot of long term career progression with an opportunity to learn thoroughly about private investment and have involvement in all projects from start to finish. This role would suit an ambitious and dynamic part qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with an analytical approach and absolute discretion, confidentiality and sensitivity. There is a great deal of client liaison so you’ll have excellent communication and the ability to nurture strong business relationships. A very generous discretionary bonus of up to 40% is offered, partly to reward working longer than usual hours. Training to become fully qualified is additionally offered. Key requirements: Part qualified ACA qualification or equivalent Experience within fund accounting, product control or Big 4 financial services ideally Ideally familiarity with fixed income, equities, FX forwards / swaps Highly analytical approach Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment High attention to detail Proactive and driven approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Accountant - key responsibilities: A great deal of client liaison Preparing portfolio reports Preparing bespoke client reports Monitoring investment portfolios including FX exposures Trade verification and reconciliation MiFID transaction reporting Developing portfolio monitoring systems Design and implementation of middle office controls and processes Ad hoc projects Due to the high volume of applicants, Office Collective can only respond to successful candidates.
