Overview

Finance and Admin Clerk - 12 month FTC Bordon Tate are recruiting for a Finance Clerk to join a well-established manufacturing company on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As part of a small, friendly, and welcoming team, you'll ensure the smooth running of a variety of financial responsibilities. The Role Purchase Ledger - post invoices, reconcile supplier accounts Sales Ledger - update invoices and credit notes Assume responsibility for credit control Liaise closely with the Finance and Administration Manager Assist with employee Time and Attendance- reporting on absenteeism, holidays and HR matters Produce reports for monthly payroll Assist with the annual audit preparation Provide cover for the Accounts Supervisor when required The Essentials 3-5 years of experience in a related role Experience with SAGE (essential) and SWAN v5 (ideal) Excellent numeracy and accuracy Confident with Microsoft Packages A team-player Benefits A competitive salary Monday - Thursday (8:30am-5:30pm) and Friday (8:30am-12:30pm) 5% pension contribution Employee appreciation days If this sounds like a role you'd be interested in, please apply today for a call back Tate is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
