Complex Care Worker - Homecare & Establishments Locations: Taunton, Weston-Super-Mare, Bridgwater, Yeovil, Wellington, Minehead, Chard Complex Care Workers needed for Homecare & Establishments - are you looking to further your career/knowledge development? Prestige Nursing Care are looking for compassionate, driven individuals who ideally have a background supporting people with complex health needs and have a minimum of 6 months experience. We are looking for new people to join our highly trained team of Care Workers, supporting individuals in their own homes. Your role would be to deliver a quality of care that is second to none, whilst also ensuring that emotional needs are met with stimulating activities and interaction. Clinical health interventions could include: PEG, Suction, Complex Moving & Handling needs and Medication Administration through PEG and rectal medication. Establishments Prestige Nursing Care also have an exciting opportunity to work within a highly trained Care and Nursing team in a healthcare setting providing care to adults and young individuals with complex health needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities and some clinical interventions. Varying shifts are available to complement our current team. Candidates must have previous experience in complex care - initially staff will be needed to support the existing team with a view of being trained to manage the following interventions once a solid team has been put in place; Oxygen, Epilepsy, Suction, PEG, Tracheostomy, Gastrostomy and be willing to undertake additional training as rand when required.
