Overview

A company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor that can speak fluent Czech / Slovak and English. You will be joining a friendly and supportive office team and full product training will be given. You will be required to deal with inbound enquiries both on the phone and via email and expected to provide exceptional customer service. The Role This will be a busy customer service role full of variety as each and every customer has a different requirement. Responsibilities will include: Managing inbound calls and emails from Slovak/Czech and English customers. Navigating through several different IT packages. Working closely with other internal teams to resolve problems or gain updates Helping customers with placing orders Processing payments and setting up credit terms Switching between both Slovak/Czech and English quickly and fluidly. The Ideal Candidate For this role it is essential that you are fluent in Czech, Slovak and English written and verbal skills. You will ideally have previous customer service experience and enjoy helping people. You will need to genuinely care about your customers and want to deliver the highest level of customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident on the phone and have the ability to handle a large amount of calls.
