Overview
A company with an outstanding reputation for being the leader within their field is looking to recruit a Polish & English speaking Customer Service Adviser to join their small and friendly customer service team. You will be required to deal with inbound enquiries both on the phone and via email and expected to provide exceptional non-scripted customer service, this role does not include sales. This role is based in their modern offices near Whiteley and will be working office type hours. The Role This will be a busy customer service role full of variety as each and every customer has a different requirement. Responsibilities will include: Managing inbound calls and emails from customers Answering general enquires Working closely with other internal teams to resolve problems or gain updates Helping customers with placing orders Processing payments and setting up credit terms The Ideal Candidate For this role it is essential that you are fluent in Polish & English, both written and verbal; you will have previous customer service experience and be happy to work in a office based environment. You will need to genuinely care about your customers and want to deliver the highest level of customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident on the phone and have the ability to handle a large amount of calls.
