Overview

We are looking for an experienced customer service person to work for a well known company in Whiteley on a long term temporary assignment. You will need to have previous experience in a customer service role either receiving inbound or making outbound calls. Strong administration based skills are also very important to be successful in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company who really pride themselves on their excellent customer service. The Role This is a busy customer service based role working as part of a small team. You will deal with a high volume of inbound calls over the phone from businesses. It will involve coordinating customer files and keeping the customer up to date with progress at all times. You will also deal with inquiries and sort out problems. You will be required to liaise with other departments within the company on a daily basis. The Ideal Candidate In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following experience and qualities: Strong communication skills Problem solver and logical thinker A polite and pleasant telephone manner Be proactive and independent High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Empathetic and Down to earth team player that genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.
