Overview
A fantastic opportunity is available for a PA to join a Legal company in Birmingham City centre The PA will work as part of a team providing efficient and professional administration support to a team of lawyers, including commercial property lawyers to enable them to provide seamless legal services to clients and help maximise the amount of time they are able to spend on fee-earning tasks. Key responsibilities -Administration -Diary management, organising meetings, book meeting rooms, book travel -Manage electronic and manual filing systems including Deed filing -Opening and closing files -Collating and filing expenses -Supporting the Administration Team when required -Act as first point of contact, dealing with phone calls and correspondence -Proactively communication with all internal and external stakeholders -Manage a central team inbox and individual inbox -Client relationship management -Engaging in projects with fee earners from time to time. -Contributing to ongoing service improvement initiatives. -Playing a key administrative role. To be considered for this role you must have experience in PA or Secretarial work in the Legal sector -Strong customer focus -Proactive self-starter -Excellent communication skills, professional attitude and appearance -Excellent attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration -Capable of taking initiative, developing solutions and the ability to multitask -Good organisational skills / keeping track of data -Good knowledge of Land Registry, property searches and scheduling of deeds. -Flexible & enthusiastic team member -Experience in Commercial property is desirable The company are offering a salary of £19,000-£25,000 Monday to Friday hours 9am till 17.15pm, excellent benefits scheme including discounted gym membership, private medical insurance Please click below to apply
