Overview
Your new company Leading UK wholesale supplier & distributor are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel making their first move from Private Practice or transitioning across from another In House role. Your new role You will provide legal support to the UK business in relation to commercial contracts with third parties including negotiating, drafting and advising on the terms of commercial contracts. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years post qualification experience in a national law firm or with similar experience from an In House environment. Experience of negotiating contracts is a must and exposure to healthcare contracts would be desirable.
