Previous experience in a law firm or law department as a document reviewer essential Experience of reviewing and redacting documents is essential Hands on knowledge of end to end Document review process is essential (responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality and privilege) Experience with e-Discovery software Professional requirements: Must have completed a law degree (or equivalent) Must have English and one other language such as Mandarin, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish will be an additional asset. Personal Attributes: Proactive, outgoing and solution / goal oriented Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills Ability to work under tight deadlines Detail oriented Self-motivated, and can operate with varying levels of supervision depending on role Strong commitment to exceeding expectations and delighting your clients An ability to quickly understand, adapt to and operate within your client's business culture A working knowledge (or interest in developing!) of how processes and technologies can enhance the delivery of legal services and help accelerate solutions Display ability to connect and build relationships.
