Job Description You will deliver the agreed strategy and profitability targets within the Corporate Client Services function, through effective management, motivation and development of all staff and by optimising organic growth plans whilst ensuring both effectiveness and probity in the delivery of superior client service. Overseeing all aspects of delivery of the UK corporate services team who are responsible for the existing UK corporate client book, you will working closely with the Managing Director of Ireland, as well as collaborating with other Client Delivery Directors in the UK and Ireland cluster and across the corporate segment and other key stakeholders across the firm, the individual will contribute to ongoing development, refinement, implementation of and adherence to best practice controls processes and controls in line with the overall mission, culture and values of IQEQ. This is a key role in terms of client relationships and, as such, is expected to include significant client interaction at a senior level (CFO, Director of Finance, Head of tax), acting as the main contact/ escalation point for several high-profile engagements. The role holder will be responsible for an Associate Director and several Client Service Managers, each of whom will manage the day to day management of their corporate service book and assigned client relationships. The role holder will provide leadership and guidance on technical, client relationship, team management and delivery management and will be responsible for continuous development of the skills and abilities of the Associate Director and Client Service Managers. Qualifications Extensive experience of leading teams in the Corporate Administration space or having worked in an accountancy practice. Membership of relevant Financial Institute, and evidence of Continued Professional Development Microsoft Office skills with focus on Excel skills. Knowledge of accountancy and/or taxation packages Knowledge of and experience within the accountancy industry is essential Proven expert Leadership experience.
