2nd Line IT Support Analyst - Guildford Salary: £26,000-29,000 I'm currently recruiting for a prestigious professional services firm based in Guildford who have multiple offices nationally and internationally. If you're looking for an exciting and fast paced role in a collaborative team of IT professionals, then this role is for you. You will provide deskside and remote support for any IT queries and will action tickets while providing an excellent service. To succeed, you will be flexible, adaptable, keen to learn and have excellent customer service focus. Being able to work independently is just as important as being able to work as part of a team, you will be taking ownership of tickets and making the decision to prioritise urgent queries over others and organising accordingly. The role: Deskside Support Providing excellent customer service Escalation point of contact Answer support calls and provide instant fixes where possible Comply with policies and procedures Take part and provide updates in IT Meetings Assist in office and desk moves where required Skills & Experience: Full Microsoft Office Suite including O365 Active Directory Installing and configuring hardware such as printers/copiers, scanners, desk phones and monitors Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Mobile Device Management solutions Exposure to Imaging and Profiling machines is beneficial Experience of using/administrating case management systems is beneficial If the role looks of interest, please apply or email your up to date CV to aidan.evans circlerecuitment.com for a confidential chat.
