Overview
Are you looking for a part time role? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant working 14 hours a week based on the outskirts of Cambridge. This role would suit someone looking to work around school hours or returning from maternity leave Your key role will be to work along side the Finance Manager and responsibilities include: Assisting with the Administration and processing of Purchase Ledger Assist the finance manager with bookkeeping and admin tasks You will be responsible for GDPR Compliance and keeping up to date with monitoring GDPR Standards Assisting with the administration of lettings management and billing The ideal candidate will have the following: Knowledge and experience of financial administration. Good attention to detail. Highly numerate and literate. A good level of ICT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel. Experience of financial management systems. Be able to work independently but to seek assistance when required. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. Resilience, enthusiasm and energy. Honesty, reliability, integrity and commitment. A willingness to learn and undertake further training.
