Overview
Are you looking for a new and exciting temporary telesales opportunity for approx. 3 months? Do you have a confident telephone manner and have outbound calling experience but want to step away from cold calling and strict sales targets? Juice Recruitment is very pleased to be supporting a market leading pet company with the appointment of a Telesales Executive for their Bristol team based in Central Bristol. Contacting existing clients, you will be promoting a new service that has become available. You will be updating customer information and using excel and spreadsheets accordingly. This is not cold calling role, but you will need to be confident to discuss the new service available or arrange a suitable time to call the customer back. Knowledge, Competences and Experience Experience of working in an outbound based role. Be able to deliver first class customer service Ability to contribute to a team environment. Basic IT skills.
