Overview
We are currently looking for Temporary Bank Care Workers with a view to a quick start to support our Care Homes over the next 6 – 8 weeks. Key Criteria: • Experience of working in care with older people or supporting older people in their own homes • Assisting residents with all aspects of care as directed by senior care colleagues • Demonstrating compassion, patience and care at all times • Being friendly and welcoming to prioritise residents' needs and requests and give emotional support when needed • For this role the ability to attend to personal care needs is essential • A Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care would be a plus.
