Overview

For our client, we are seeking a temporary HR Administrator. This is to start ASAP (DBS and reference checks will need to be completed prior to starting) for around 6 months. Ideally you will have gained experience in HR or recruitment and are seeking a role working in a professional services environment. The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Responsibilities will include: Undertake administrative activity in support of core HR processes such as induction, recruitment, training, probation, maternity / family friendly and leaver processes. Ensure that HR systems are updated accurately such as joiners, leavers, salary increase, change in hours Accurate maintenance of electronic HR files. Generate absence reporting data and provide escalation and first line advice to managers at trigger points. Act as a central point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures. Develop good working relationships with the other HR teams –Reward, Recruitment, OD and HR Business Partners This is based in central Bristol.
