Price Express Transport Limited is one of the most accomplished transport companies in the area and member of the Palletforce pallet network.We operate from our main base in Doncaster and also have smaller operations in Bristol and the South-East. We currently have a vacancy for a Temporary Planner in our busy Bristol depot, postcode BS11 9YQ. The role is initially a 6-month contract with possible extension. The main responsibilities are: Route planning for up to 6 vehicles in the South-West/South Wales region. Liaising with customers, drivers and warehouse staff. Dealing with customer emails and telephone calls. Booking-in deliveries. The successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Good geographical knowledge, particularly local area Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads Ability to work as part of a team This position is a great introduction to Transport & Logistics with opportunities for capable and ambitious individuals and full training will be given.
