Overview

Profixed Interiors is a small/medium sized construction company based in Theale, Reading. We are family run business which has grown from strength to strength since 2007. We pride ourselves in delivering high-end finishes that have the wow factor. We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Co-ordinator who can organise the whole purchase ledger lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a similar role, have an eye for detail, be organised, ensure deadlines are met and manage their own workload without supervision. This role is reporting directly to the Company Secretary/Owner. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Co-ordinate and accurately input all purchase invoices into Sage accounting software; Raise purchase orders on behalf of purchasing team and ensure data is accurate ready for invoicing; Using the purchasing software 'Construct for Sage’, ensure all purchase invoices match purchase orders; Raise disputes with suppliers and provide full follow up to ensure disputes are resolved in a timely manner ahead of month end and quarter end; Prepare supplier payment runs (Bi-weekly & Monthly) ready for the Company Secretary; Organise subcontractor payment runs; ensure all subcontractors are verified for CIS and remain compliant; cross reference timesheets with invoices, obtain sign off from projects/purchasing teams, input data into Sage; Cross reference and reconcile supplier statements; Oversee and input company credit card transaction, obtain receipts, archive and reconcile; Knowledge, Skills & Experience Considerable purchase ledger experience; Proven experience of Sage Accounts within a similar role; Ideally an understanding/knowledge of CIS Construction Industry Scheme, but not essential; Highly organised and manage own workload without supervision. Free parking onsite; office located within 1 minute walk from Theale train station; hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm; 30 days holiday per annum;
