Property Manager - West Hampstead £25000 - £30,000 Working Hours: Monday -Thursday 9am - 6.30pm / Friday 6pm We have a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading estate agent in a fantastic location. This agent has years of experience and extensive knowledge of the local property market. With all the traditional values you would expect from a well-established firm combined with the latest innovations and technology, we offer a modern quality service. Ideal candidates must have property management experience and be confident working with the team to manage all aspects of property management, administration, maintenance & repairs for around 300 properties. As a Property Manager , your role will involve: Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors Property inspections Tenancy renewals and amendments Liaising with landlord and tenants Arranging gas safeties for tenancies as required Arranging repairs from small to large scale works Dealing with deposit returns Serving section 21 notices Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation Working with a team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered The Individual: Must be up to date with all regulations /HHSRS- HMO health and safety regulations ARLA preferable, not essential Excellent oral and written communications skills. Property management experience. Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own. Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
