Overview
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client based in Witham on permanent basis. The successful candidate will be able to support the Sales Team and will have the skills to undertake various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be able to perform duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently and have an excellent phone manner. Roles and Responsibilities involve: Answering incoming phone calls and emails Order processing Chasing sales quotes Chasing payments Maintaining good customer relations Providing excellent customer service Attending any necessary meetings in connection with the role Undertaking such other duties in proportion with the level of the post and job purpose as required by the Sales Team or the Operations Manager. Knowledge and Skills: Good telephone manner Proficient in Microsoft Office software (specifically Excel and Outlook). Confident, enthusiastic and friendly with good communication skills Capable of working as part of a team but also can organise and keep on top of their own work. In return our client offers a salary of £19,000 to £21,000 per annum depending on experience. Free on-site parking is available. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00.
