Overview
Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for our client based in Witham on permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a proven sales background in any industry, along with an excellent telephone manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive, away from a call centre style environment and minimal KPIs. Roles and Responsibilities: Contacting existing businesses and clients via telephone Contacting potential new businesses and clients via telephone Attending events and shows Maintaining an in-house CRM system Diarising and maintaining customer call backs Creating new business proposals Contacting existing businesses to encourage them to purchase additional services Sourcing and generating new leads Working towards sales targets Skills, Knowledge, Experience: Previous sales/business development/account management experience Ability to make mostly warm and some cold calls and engage potential clients Clear and confident telephone manner Well presented Excellent organisational skills Ability to work towards targets Working hours are 9:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday. In return our client offers a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum dependent upon experience, with an uncapped commission scheme and realistic first year OTE of £32,000.
