Overview
Purpose of Role: To deliver the highest standard of support and customer service to our Clients and Group members. To build valuable relationships with these accounts by building customer satisfaction through timely Call/Mail Handling and proactively maximise sales . Duties & Responsibilities · Take responsibility for answering all incoming calls in a timely manner achieving target call stats, longest wait, dropped/lost called and calls answered (in excess 100 per day) · To take responsibility when dealing with customer enquiries/queries to maintain records on the company CRM database while building customer relationships in representing the company · Patiently listen attentively and Accurately record and log interactions with customers on the Company CRM database, ensuring a speedy/efficient quality service is offered to all customers · Accurately collate customer Account Information following new Account procedure checks/ restrictions for all customers · Keep sensitive customer / company information and financial records private and confidential · Work with management to maintain best practice for efficient communication with customers · Address and endeavour to answer customer questions and queries relating to new products, services, promotions on sales · Contribute to sales KPI’s by increasing customer satisfaction. · Be proactive in supporting field personnel in increasing sales in territory, identifying inactive dormant Accounts where required and follow up any sales leads and call outs · Maintainknowledge of company rules and policies/procedures and address issues such as returns, faulty merchandise, wrong/delayed deliveries to inform customers · When necessary take advantage of training programmes. To promote a positive and progressive attitude in all work activities. Standard Company Requirements To comply with all Health and Safety requirements as outlined by the Health and Safety Executive and business. To participate in all relevant quality programs and assist as required in quality initiatives. To ensure PPE issued by the business is worn in accordance with Health & Safety legislation e Training is undertaken as recommended by your manager. Carry out any other reasonable request as requested by your manager. To be flexible in your approach and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business. Skills Required: Excellent written and report delivering skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Time management and prioritising skills Attention to Detail and accuracy A professional and polite manner when dealing with customers and employees Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent Interpersonal communication skills Experience Required: · Proven track record in a similar Sales or Customer Service Role. Dental Industry preferred.
