Overview
A fast-paced and ambitiously growing independent Broker in attractive City premises is looking to appoint a Commercial Account Handler to work in the mid-market/corporate sector. The main role of the Account Handler will be supporting two Producers who work with a variety of interesting clients and have a plentiful supply of business coming in. Some of their most successful areas include charities, care, education and clothing manufacturers as well as Professional/Financial Lines business, paying premiums typically from £10k to £200k. The role will entail assisting with client service, reports, MTAs, new business quotes and renewals. Meetings with both Underwriters and clients are encouraged. Candidates wishing to apply must have a solid grounding in general commercial account handling across a range of products i.e. Property, Casualty, PI and D&O. In order to be successful, applicants must be confident in their client facing ability and their ability to make decisions autonomously. Experience with charity and education clients would be a bonus along with experience of Acturis and multinational clients.
