Part 2 Architectural Assistant (Contemporary Residential) AC Clerkenwell, London £24,000- 30,000 (Depending On Experience) Our client is a newly established, design-led architectural and interior design practice based near Clerkenwell, currently looking for an ambitious and articulate Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is delivering some exciting projects throughout the London and South East area. They are currently working on some very interesting projects predominately within the residential sector. You must have a strong creative flair and excellent visual presentation skills, evident through a portfolio of work. There is excellent guidance and support available towards preparing and completing your part 3, alongside a vibrant and friendly team. Essential skills/ qualifications for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: Part 2 qualified and ideally you will already ideally have experience within a UK based practice Have strong knowledge of Sketchup, V-Ray, and ideally Microstation (but would accept an AutoCAD to convert to Microstation) Have a strong passion and interest in contemporary architecture Excellent hand sketching abilities Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A UK driving licence & ideally your own transport To work as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will be: Working as part of a team, assisting on development of design proposals Assisting in the preparation of drawings, reports, visualisations, schedules and specifications Coordinating designs with other members of the team Commutable locations for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: Clerkenwell, Whitechapel, Mayfair, Camden, Holloway If you are interested in this Part 2 Architectural Assistant position, please call ALICE on (01792) 365 109 or alternatively please could you send an up-to-date CV and portfolio to:
