Repairs, Customer Care, Administration Your new company My client are a successful and growing manufacturer and supplier of niche technology, they have seen significant growth and success recently and as a result they are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their Customer Care team. Your new role Working as part of the customer care team, you will be responsible for responding to customers and engineers by phone and email. Taking calls and logging issues, understanding the nature of the call and the urgency. Working closely with the support desk engineer, passing calls and receiving details of solutions. Recording all interactions with customers, and acting as their champion, keeping them updated throughout the process. You will also order parts, spares and other consumables. Any general administrative duties as required. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent people skills with an engaging telephone manner. Strong organisation and attention to details. Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Be able to work quickly and accurately.
