Role: Workshop Manager Location: Swindon Industry: Automotive, PSV Job type: Full time, permanent position Salary: £33k-£35k p/a Employee Benefits: Good pension plan Training and progression Excellent manufacturer training This role would particularly suit a Workshop Controller/Charge hand looking for a new challenge You would be responsible for: QC checks within manufacturers guidelines Supervising the maintenance of vehicles in workshop Health & Safety Ensure all vehicles comply with regulations Induct new employees Employee engagement Develop a high performing team Management of engineers Carrying out regular reviews of employees Ideally you will: NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics/PSV Mechanics Energetic with a positive attitude and open minded Self motivated Strong attention to detail and process driven Supervisory, leadership skills Be able to react and work well under pressure Troubleshooter If you feel this role could be right for you or you are interested in discussing this role further then please click and apply or get in touch to run through it further in confidence.
