This is a senior role within the organisation and the Regional Manager will report directly to the Area Director. To lead and manage the delivery of the Achieve Together Operations Strategy, including the implementation of the strategic operational goals across the designated geographical area. Making a difference to the lives of people we support in residential, supported living and outreach services to help them achieve the commissioned and personal outcomes. To ensure a Person-led approach which delivers high-quality care and support To ensure policies and operational standards are embedded across all the services and that the compliance and governance frameworks are effective on a day to day basis. To use sound judgement and decision-making skills to deal with ambiguity and deliver the required care & support, operational, financial and growth goals for the Area. Experience Experience in a managerial role within the care sector preferably working with adults with learning disabilities Multi-site management experience. Strong leadership Sound knowldge of regulatory bodies such as CQC and HSE.
