Overview
Due to expansion our client, a leading UK based engineering business who operate on an international scale, is currently recruiting an experienced and ambitious Regional Sales Engineer to join their successful field based sales team. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established and highly respected company driving sales and sourcing potential business throughout the Dartford region and offers a competitive salary Bonus scheme, Company Car, Mobile Phone and Pension. As the Regional Sales Engineer you will be responsible for: Managing new and existing client accounts to ensure full potential is met Conducting meetings with clients to clarify usage and requirements Liaising with end users, manufacturers and resellers daily Conducting meetings with customers to clarify their usage and requirements Providing effective product demos for end-user customers as well as for the resellers Supporting the reseller communication channel throughout the sales process Making own appointments throughout the midlands Prioritising customer enquiries and review and respond Responding to customer requests and enquiries Using technical and engineering knowledge to advise and drive sales Reporting to the Sales Director you will be targeted with generating new profitable sales leads and developing growth with existing customers The successful candidate for the role of Regional Sales Engineer will have: Previous business-to-business sales experience and have worked with or selling fluid sealing, gasket or engineering related products Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills Full UK Driving Licence In return the Regional Sales Engineer will receive a basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 bonus, company car, mobile phone.
