We are looking for a mid to senior-level Corporate Lawyer to join this top-tier international firm. A strong corporate law background is desired. This role will cover a broad array of corporate law work, including M&A (public and private), private equity, capital markets and venture capital work. This firm has a wide range of established clients from multinational companies to start-up companies. Pro-legal has placed numerous people with this client, all of whom have had very positive feedback on the interesting client base, enjoyable working culture as well as the genuine opportunity to progress.
