Are you a sales professional with experience of selling Process Instrumentation (equipment and/or services)? Are you able to cover a Patch that would be the whole of Scotland? Would you like the opportunity to join a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering? If the answers are yes, our client are looking to take on as soon as possible - What's more this is a role with NO new business requirements. You will deal entirely with existing accounts that are all blue chip (Nestle, Unilever etc.) Essential Requirements Process Instrumentation experience (preferably within sales) Full UK Driving Licence Proven sales experience Ability to self manage Located in the 'Central Belt' area of Scotland What you will get in return: Competitive starting salary DoE - Up to £45/46k Bonus Package - 10% Company car or allowance 23 days holiday - goes up 1 day per year up to 29 Company Pension Scheme The Role's Responsibilities: Achievement of sales area target across our client's portfolio of products, solutions and services Implementation of UK Sales Strategy as defined by the Business Development Process Management of customer database defining key targets and objectives through the client's customer classification system, e.g. assess actual vs available spend with Key Account, Top and Regular classification customers To seek additional business opportunities, especially Solutions and Added Value Service business opportunities across customer base To ensure that all outstanding potential is followed up and updated using Salesforce CRM system to enable accurate sales forecasting To interface business activity between field and internal sales to ensure effective communication always so maximising all business opportunities Pre-qualification of commercial requirements - apply the company credit management procedure at all stages of the sales process To report on any competitive activity that could jeopardise our client's market position Commit fully to the company's PDR process Work to the company's QA procedures Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89913803
