The key responsibilities in this role include; * Produce analyse and provide reports as on a daily and weekly basis to management and the customer * Achieve operational daily targets and KPI's in a timely and effective manner * Deliver accurate information to reinforce achievement of service level agreements, targets and reports in timely manner. * Working in a team environment * Perform warehouse & operational administration (ie order processing, pod processing, data gathering) as required You won't find another job like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here's what we need from you: * Minimum 12 months previous experience in warehouse operations with focus on customer environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organisational (task prioritisation) and administration skills. * Demonstrable Numerical & IT Skills * Customer focus and detail oriented approach to work. * SAP Experience.
