Overview
We are looking for a PPM Maintenance Engineer to work in a Central London Establishment. The main responsibilities for this position will be to ensure all equipment within the premises, are functioning fully without faults or issues and fulfil all tasks in a timely manner, without hesitation and to a professional standard. Must be Electrical Bias. You will need to have extremely good knowledge on the following; - PPM and Reactive Maintenance - Trend BMS - AHU's - All Aspects of Electrical's to the latest Regulations - HVACS - Fire Alarms - Emergency Lighting - Calorifiers and Boilers - Health and Safety Guidelines Besides this basic knowledge, the following attributes are also required; - Working on your own and making important decisions yourself, while prioritising workload. - Have good communication skills while being approachable, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to help others - Have a "Can Do" attitude - Be able to check daily, all plant and equipment, identifying any faults and repairing or taking necessary action. You must also; - Live within reasonable commuting distance to Green Park Tube station. - You will be required to be on 24hr Call Out on a rota basis. - Must be able and willing to work overtime when asked on short notice.
