Information Assurance Engineer Location: Templecombe, Dorset Duration: 10 Months Rate: £560.00 per day IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Our Templecombe based client are recruiting for an experienced Information Assurance Engineer who can undertake an end to end audit of the current security solution to ensure that the system meets a system contextual IS1/2 - the security requirements are captured and met both architecturally and suitably tested. Provide security inputs to system changes. Provide annual updates to the existing RMADS and SyOPS. Skills The individual would be ideally be CCP (CESG Certified Professional) as a senior practitioner. Security and Information Risk Advisor (SIRA) IA Architecture The individual will need to be experienced in MoD JSP 440 and running Security Working Groups with DIAS. The job for AirScape will require the individual to conduct Proven Leader to systems and software engineers in multi-disciplinary teams. To have a good working knowledge of DOORS and how this tool is used to facilitate successful change management and acceptance. To have a good working knowledge of various Design tools (e.g. Rhapsody) To have a good working knowledge of test tools (esp. automated test tools) and test data generation techniques. Pro-active approach to engagement with key internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal/verbal/written/presentation communications skills for stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Strong organisational and team working skills. Essential Minimum of 8 years previous experience working within an Information Assurance role Experience gained in either a solution design or IVV role, with demonstrable, practical experience of these - preferably on a complex software-centric projects Desirable Experience in Military Air Command and Control, Military Air Traffic Management, Military Air Mission Support Systems. Safety engineering approaches for military systems. Experience of working within multi-national organisations and teams. The successful candidate will need to be able to gain SC clearance.
