Technical Facilities Manager Leven, Fife £48,000/annum Package Your new company We have a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting contract with a leading Service Provider. You will responsible for managing the delivery of multiple IFM services to a cluster of sites within the contract. Your new role Make certain services are delivered to a high standard across the portfolio Ensure Service Level Agreements are completed monthly with no failures to contractual KPI’s Ensure contract is being delivered in a cost-effective manor Effectively manage the client relationship Responsible for small project work Encourage the team and their performance Be the key interface between the client and Account Manager What you'll need to succeed Experience of working within a Facilities Management environment with total responsibility for all Services Strong technical bias Experience working in a demanding environment An engineering degree or equivalent Excellent organisational skills Ability to lead teams to deliver a high level of service and meet agreed KPI’s What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, please apply through this advert with your up-to-date CV or contact ‘Jayde’ on 0794 555 2895.
