Overview

The role of the Apprentice Compliance Administrator is to provide support the MIS & Compliance Manager and the training team by ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. To provide administration to support in delivery of programmes and ensure trainers have all resources. Duties and Responsibilities: To provide administration support to the team. Provide a high level of internal and external customer service when responding to the needs of colleagues, employers and apprentices All other ad-hoc tasked as directed by Line Manager. Key objectives: Support with processing and scanning of employer course paperwork Producing job outcome information, using systems to gather information and track Produce resources for apprenticeship and commercial training and assessment centres, liaising with trainers to ensure up to date documentation Produce in house certificates for completed courses Raise purchase orders for resources, stock and equipment Book room hire for training and events Carry out learner record service checks for training courses Scan and record receipt of certificates from awarding bodies Support the delivery team with administrations tasks – scanning, printing, document creation Create trainer packs and resources for new apprentices Support with tracking of evaluations from training courses Use social media to promote the company, apprentice and employer voice, evaluation feedback and general updates on topics Support with the recruitment of apprentices for employers, including advertising and screening apprentices Ordering resources and equipment from suppliers including apprentice and trainer resources Support with corporate events, training centres, job fairs, engagement days, client lunches and open evenings Adhoc projects and general administrative support as require by manager and company Person Specification: Flexible, strong work ethic and committed to organisational goals and values Articulate, confident with an excellent telephone manner Professional at all times Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Computer literate and highly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and internet Customer focused - committed to delivering an excellent standard of service.
