Payroll / Accounts Assistant (Sage Payroll) £27-30k Salary Based - Park Royal, NW10 Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm Immediate start Experience using Sage Payroll, Excel & Xero will be essential for this position Duties: Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for all Accountsaspects of the Accounts team, including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Sales Invoices, VAT returns & payroll Duties Daily Bank entries and reconciliation on Xero for all companies Process all supplier and subcontractor payments on Xero Process Sales Invoices Process all customer receipts on Xero and Archdesk Reconcile Supplier Statements and chase missing Invoices Monitor Invoices in query and ensure these are kept to a minimum Credit Card Reconciliation Petty Cash Reconciliation Reconcile Xero to Archdesk for Sales and Purchase Ledger Process Expenses Enter timesheets Prepare and Post Intercompany Journals between Entities Deferred income schedule for CES and post journals to Xero Complete new credit application forms to be reviewed by Finance Manager Set up new Suppliers/ Subcontractors and Customers on Arthur Verify Sub-contractors for CIS Processing Payroll including starters and leavers on Sage Payroll Run auto-enrolment and send Pension data to NEST Assisting with VAT and CIS returns Weekly/Monthly payment list for approval by Finance Manager Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
