Overview
A rare chance to join a top 10 accountancy firm as part of its accounts and business advisory team in Leeds as an Associate Director. You will be leading the charge in engaging with an enviable client portfolio that looks at some exciting internationally focused organisations. As part of the leadership team you will have a lot of autonomy of the direction of your career and will be responsible in developing some of the more junior members of the team. This role is ideal for anyone who has a strong technical background, like Audit, but is looking to branch out into a more advisory focused role. You will be producing and advising on complex accounts that are entering into even more complex financial situations, such as mergers, acquisitions, disposal, restructuring and will require you to be able to advise on the long term impact these will have. If you want to apply for this role you will need to be a fully qualified accountant ACA, CA, ACCA (ICAEW or ICAS), experience in a highly technical for of accounting like audit, ideally obtained in a respected practice.
