Transport Administrator TLP are currently recruiting a transport administrator Transport Administrator TLP are currently recruiting a transport administrator for one of the UK's leading independent providers of international freight and transport logistics services based in Southampton. You will be working within a busy transport office supporting the Transport team with general administration as well as liaising with customer and clients. This is a great opportunity to join a busy transport team or kick start a career in logistics. Salary 19-20k dependant on experience Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30pm (flexibility allowed within reason) On the job training and support 23 days holiday Pension scheme Life insurance Main Duties include: Taking calls and dealing with drivers and clients as and when required. Customer service skills are essential as but you will need to be confident in dealing with telephone queries Liaising with customers and clients ensuring services are delivered efficiently Complaints handling, problem solving and claims investigating Fuel card management Dealing with driver fines and paring infringements Contact with Sub contractors and preferred suppliers Log and administer insurance claims Insurance claims handling Dealing with invoice claims Requirements: Highly motivated Customer abilities via phone and email Transport background desirable but not essential Ability to manage their workload efficiently Ability to work in a busy environment MS office package knowledge essential as you need to be computer literate Good attitude Ability to be able to communicate professionally with clients Good English-speaking skills If you are interested in this position, please send your CV for consideration.
