The key responsibilities in this role include; * Leading the team on shift pro-actively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation * Delivery of Transport Key Performance Indicators for your direct area * Support your manager in championing continuous improvement within your team, one to ones and direct engagement with colleagues * Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and methods You won't find another job like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here's what we need from you: * Experience of working at a similar level within a complex supply chain environment essential * Transport management experience in a unionised environment * CAPA and DMAIC desirable * Working knowledge of Isotrak desirable What will you get in return?
