IT Technician Job in Poole Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with an award winning and well-established IT and device repair company in recruiting for an IT Technician. This is the chance to join a reputable company with a friendly team working environment. The successful IT Technician will be offering day to day IT support to clients remotely and occasionally in the field. Duties & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing IT support for local businesses and providing high quality repairs for end users covering mobile devices, laptops, desktops, tablets Act as technical lead, introduce new services to the clients of the business Play an active role in a small team of professional engineers, across a diverse range of technologies, who carry out, support, maintenance, fault investigations, and upgrades Ensure faults and support tickets are resolved effectively, ultimately ensuring changes and enhancements implemented professionally, with minimal risk and minimal service disruption. Knowledge & Experience: Physical and virtual server administration including MS Windows 2003-2016 Supporting Office 2003 -2016, Office 365, Windows 7 and 10 operating system upgrades and PC / Laptop replacement Experience of managing the expectations external customers Self-motivated with a proactive approach Excellent communication skills Full driving licence Salary & Benefits: A salary of £25,000 per annum Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm One hour for lunch Parking available This IT Technician role would suit candidates with experience working in a technical support role and who understands the importance of customer service delivery If you are interested in this IT Technician Job in Poole please click 'Apply Now’; alternatively, please visit our website.
